Radcliff is a backyard barbeque at an affordable beautiful home on a wide shady street. Friendly neighbors who are there when you need them. Kids heading to great schools each morning. Traffic jams measured in yards, not miles. Hard-working, honest workforce. Spacious and beautiful industrial park - with incentives. Reasonable taxes and low utility costs. Access to the latest technology. And a day that ends with a commute of minutes.

The 2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) recommendations are resulting in a monumental transformation at Fort Knox, Kentucky and the region surrounding the installation, most especially Radcliff and North Hardin County. What has for decades been the home of Armor and Cavalry, will soon be home to the Army's Human Resource Center of Excellence, an Infantry Brigade Combat Team and numerous other organizations. This transformation is being touted as the largest economic development event the state has seen in decades. The data below reflects the impact of this transformation:

Radcliff's main road network of US Highway 31W and Kentucky Highway 313 offer easy access to the I-65/I-64 corridor.
Daily traffic count on US 31W is expected to grow from 35,000 to 48,000 as Fort Knox grows; and Radcliff is just 40 minutes from Louisville International Airport, home of UPS's international air hub, Worldport.
